Cómo tratará Impossible Solutions los datos personales enviados a través de este sitio. Este es el esquema de trabajo de esa política.
Este documento es un esquema, no una política definitiva. Marca la estructura y señala lo que aún debe completarse y revisarse jurídicamente. Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated under the trading name Impossible Solutions by an individual based in Hungary, ahead of the registration of a business. It is an informational site: it stores no application data, sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
The person responsible for personal data submitted through this site can be reached at hello@impossiblesolutions.ai.
When a business is registered to operate the site, its registered name, registration number and address will be stated here.

What we collect
Application data. The Founding Advertiser application asks for your name, business email, company, website, the country of the advertising legal entity, target markets, industry, an approximate monthly advertising spend band, a primary objective, your current measurement readiness, an optional message, the site language you used, and a record that you agreed to be contacted. Where you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign parameters in that link (UTM values) and the page you landed on are included so we know how you found us.
Technical data. Like any website, ours is served through infrastructure that records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, for security and operation. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or any third-party tracking script.
Cookies. The only cookie this site sets records a language you have explicitly chosen, so the site can open in that language next time. It is not used for tracking.

Why we use it
Application data is used to assess whether ChatGPT Ads could be a sensible channel for your business and to reply to you about that assessment. It is not used for advertising targeting and is not sold.
Technical data is used to keep the site secure and available, including limiting the rate at which the application form can be submitted from one connection.

What happens to an application
Submitting the form stores nothing on this site. Your details are checked, then prepared as an email addressed to hello@impossiblesolutions.ai, which you send from your own mailbox. We receive it in Google Workspace and reply from the same address.
If we later record applications automatically in a customer relationship management system, we will update this policy first, naming the provider and where the data is held.

Who else sees it
The site is hosted by Vercel, a cloud hosting provider that processes technical data on our behalf to serve pages.
Email is handled by Google Workspace, which processes the messages you send us on our behalf.
We do not share application data with any other party except as described here, or where the law requires.

Our hosting and email providers are international services. Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, a recognised transfer mechanism applies.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing and, where applicable, receive it in a portable format. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in the GDPR. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting what was done before.

You can complain to a supervisory authority. For Hungary that is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH); you may also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The application form is validated on the server, protected against automated submission, and rate limited. Access to any mailbox or system that holds applications is restricted to the people who review them.

Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the way the site handles data changes — in particular before application storage, a CRM, analytics or any new processor is introduced — and show the date of the current version here.
